  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During book launches, promotional events, or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to discuss available options or issue a full refund if shipment is not possible.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Any promotional offers providing free shipping will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

Delivery Address

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly include:

  • photographs of the package,
  • photographs of the book,
  • and a brief description of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate.

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • severe weather,
  • natural disasters,
  • transportation disruptions,
  • government restrictions,
  • or courier operational delays.
