Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Dr. Chirag Agarwal.

We take great care to ensure that every book is securely packaged and delivered in excellent condition. If you experience any issues with your order, please review the policy below.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged book.
  • You received a defective or misprinted copy.
  • You received the wrong book.
  • Your order arrived with missing items.

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Accidental duplicate orders placed by the customer.
  • Minor variations in colour or appearance caused by printing or screen display.
  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
  • Books showing signs of use, writing, highlighting, folding, tearing, water damage, or any other customer-induced damage.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at chiragag12@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Your name
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of:
    • the outer package,
    • the shipping label,
    • and the book showing the damage or defect.

Our team will review your request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Replacement or Refund

Once your request has been verified, we will, at our discretion:

  • send a replacement copy, or
  • issue a full refund to the original payment method.

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved because:

  • the wrong item was delivered,
  • the book arrived damaged,
  • or the product is defective,

we will bear the return shipping cost wherever applicable.

Customers should not return any product without receiving instructions from us.
