Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been packed or dispatched.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at chiragag12@gmail.com with your Order Number.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been packed and handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled.

If the delivered item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, although the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
